Rather than giving up, we have chosen to join forces and work together to imagine the future we want to create together. From that reflection, SimXpert was born — a team of passionate experts in Architecture, Development, Tools, and Profiles, driven by deep industry knowledge and a commitment to delivering excellence in every project.

Chief Executive Officer
Alice is a French executive specializing in financial management with extensive leadership experience in technology and consulting firms, including Oasis Smart SIM (now Tata Communications). She served as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing both Finance and Human Resources, and is recognized for her strategic oversight, operational expertise, and ability to guide teams toward sustainable growth and innovation in the technology sector.
Jean-Christophe VINATIER
Chief Technical Officer
Jean-Christophe brings nearly 20 years of experience in R&D, innovation, and advanced smart card products. He led SIM/eSIM OS and applet development at Oasis Smart SIM (now Tata Communications), managed engineering teams, and contributed to GlobalPlatform, GSMA, and Trusted Connectivity Alliance standardization efforts. Previously, he worked on secure software architecture and Java Card projects at INSIDE Secure and Oberthur Technologies, gaining deep expertise in embedded systems, security, and standards compliance.
Eric PATARD
Software Development Manager
Eric has over 35 years of experience in embedded software development and secure smart card products. He contributed to OS stability, flexibility, and security at Oasis Smart SIM (now Tata Communications) and developed Java Card OS, secure bootloaders, and tools at WISeKey and INSIDE Secure. Earlier, he worked on smart card OS and applets for mobile, banking, and PayTV at Gemalto and Gemplus, and began his career as a hardware designer at SAGEM in automotive and railway applications, building a foundation in both hardware and software engineering.
Yann DUFRAIGNE
Software Validation Manager
Yann has more than 25 years of experience in validation and qualification of standard and secure smart card products. He led eSIM OS and profile testing at Oasis Smart SIM (now Tata Communications), ensuring compliance with GSMA, ETSI, and TCA standards, and developed automated validation tools at Intel. Previously, he oversaw firmware validation, CI pipelines, and subcontractor coordination at INSIDE Secure, and validated smart card OS and applets for identity, banking, and PayTV applications at Gemalto and Gemplus, with a strong focus on cryptography and international standards.
Caronne KEOU
Tools Developer Manager
Caronne is a promising young developer with two years of professional experience in the Secure Element industry. She began her career with a three-year apprenticeship at Oasis Smart SIM (now Tata Communications) within Embedded R&D, focusing on tool development. After completing two years, she chose to join her colleagues in launching SIM XPERT, bringing her energy, skills, and growing expertise to the team, and contributing to projects that combine innovation, reliability, and technical excellence.
